Gaudenzia is one of the largest nonprofit providers of treatment to people with substance use and co-occurring disorders in the nation. We operate in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Who we’re looking for:
This individual is responsible for assisting with the invoicing for assigned funding sources, coordinating authorizations for payment and work with clinical staff to ensure proper authorizations and paperwork for invoicing. Must have experience with third party insurance invoicing.
Additionally, this individual is responsible for follow-up calls when payment is not received. Other fiscal duties as assigned by the Director of Finance. Work is performed with considerable independence in accordance with established regulations, policies, and procedures. Work is reviewed and supervised by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Qualifications for this role:
Education: Associates degree in accounting or related field, or two years related education.
Experience: One (1) year related experience required.
